Hi, I’m Vance McGuirt, founder of McGuirt’s Contracting. My journey into construction started back in high school, swinging a hammer and learning the ropes on job sites during the summers. What began as part-time work quickly turned into a lifelong passion for craftsmanship, problem-solving, and building with purpose.

I spent years learning the trade hands-on—refining my skills, understanding the value of honest work, and developing a deep respect for doing things the right way. That same mindset is at the core of how we operate at McGuirt’s Contracting today.

Beyond the work, I’m a husband to my beautiful wife Rachel and a proud father to four incredible kids—Natalie, Connor, Logan, and David. My family is what drives me. They’ve taught me the importance of showing up every day with integrity, staying committed, and leaving a legacy worth building. They are my reason for doing what I do.
